first and offer significant improvements over the industry standard
epoxy packaged UV LEDs.
12mW output coupled with
a stable 400nm wavelength makes the Bivar UV LED ideally suitable
for Bill Validators, Biometrics and Security Applications, Photospectrography,
Medical and Measurements uses. Clusters of up to 144 single
chip units can be ordered creating a 1.728W emitter or 144 tri-chip
units can be combined to create a 5.2 W emitter.
